Each 30mm section of the webbing represents 1 ton of lifting capacity.
The sections are easily recognisable from the weave pattern, referred to as a “Herring Bone” weave.

Do not exceed rated capacity. Sling capacity decreases
as the angle from horizontal decreases.

The SecureLoad Endless Round Slings from 1 ton - 10 tons indicative markings for visual identification of the slings work load limits. Sling sleeving also equipped with wear line identification.

High Visibility Eyes:
All Duplex Flat Webbing slings come with orange reinforced eyes to ensure high visibility and anti-abrasion whilst using the application.

Simple Maintenance: Simple Maintenance:

The SecureLoad Webbing Sling requires little or no maintenance other than an occasional cleaning in cool water with a mild detergent. The use of high pressure hoses to clean slings is not recommended as it may cause damage to the sling.
It is recommended that small cuts (to the outer sleeve only) are taped up loosely to prevent snagging, but only after careful inspection to ensure that no internal damage has occurred.
Larger cuts should be returned to Special Industrial Supplies for inspection. For most part, washing in cold water, with a mild detergent, is all that is required to clean a SecureLoad Endless Round Sling. The use of high pressure hose is not recommended as it may cause damage to the sling.
Labels:
All SecureLoad slings come with a label which includes the following:
• The workload limit, in straight lift
• The material of the webbing, i.e. polyester
• The nominal length in meters
• The manufacture’s name, symbol, trade mark
• The traceability code once on the front and in bold on the
    back
• The number and relevant Part of the SANS
• All labels are covered in a clear plastic sleeve to
increase the life span of the label (TUFF TAG™)
• Factor of safety 7:1
