In order to nevertheless permit the risk-free transport of goods, SpanSet PaXafe net kits offer a perfect solution for effective load securing for a wide variety of vehicles types and goods.

Whether in use in cars, minivans, vans or trucks, load control nets protects both passengers and the cargo and – in contrast to conventional protective netting – provides the stable and secure transportation of a wide variety of goods. The optional use of different lashing procedures, size changes that are easy to implement due to supplemental nets, as well as versions with differently sized meshes offer perfect adaptation to the cargo. This guarantees not only that heavy and bulky loads safely reach their destination, but also that the transport spaces are used optimally even with different goods. You can have a handle on any load at any time – quickly, without any tools, and optionally supplemented by matching accessories, such as SpanSet Grip antislip mats or the robust long-edge bumper for the necessary dimensional stability.

SpanSet PaXafe net kits naturally meet the high safety requirements for securing loads. They are federally certified and comply with all requirements of VDI guideline 2700, sheet 3.3. Therefore, the entire PaXafe net range provides certified safety which you can rely on.

2 Unique identification
To minimize errors during use, all PaXafe nets are provided with labeling that satisfies the corresponding regulations. The label is made from extremely durable tarpaulin material and is printed with the necessary information, such as the tension force and the date of manufacture. Sewn into the fabric so that it can’t be lost, the label helps make sure that the net is used with the correct products and loads

3 Flexible use with loaded goods
SpanSet cargo nets can be used both with the lashing-down and direct lashing methods. They are therefore suitable for positive as well as combined non-positive load securing. Small cargoes, heavy single pieces or palletized goods – the various lashing methods allow great flexibility during use. Accompanying locking rods also ensure a positive lock in the direction of travel, even if the cargo is loaded at a distance from the end wall.

5 Individually extendable
All basic nets can be extended, with a precise fit and without tools, by supplementary nets. Connected by hooks and triangles, these nets then form a singe load control unit. Due to the large number of triangles, it is also possible to reduce the size of the net, permitting PaXafe nets to be optimally adapted to the cargo volume.

The E1 and/or E2 supplementary nets can be optionally attached to the KEP1 and KEP 2 basic nets. This means that you can secure your cargoes as flexibly as everyday demands require.

Telescopic rod
A light, stable, telescoping locking rod provides increased stability for PaXafe KEP nets and allows positive securing, even in large storage spaces. The telescopic rods are universally suitable for 19 and 24 mm round-hole tracks and common rod rails.

Optimum safety with the PaXafe net
kit for trucks
PaXafe truck nets are universal load securing aids with which separated loads as well as cargoes on pallets can be secured. Paxafe truck nets have an LC lashing force of 3000 daN. A lashing force of up to 1600 daN can be provided for each attachment point on the net. The quick release straps on the truck nets are robust 50 mm ratchet tie-downs with a length of 2 m; these are threaded through a captive unit and flared.

Supplementary webbing
The length of PaXafe load control net is fully adjustable. The various LKW E1.1 and LKW E1.2 supplementary nets can be combined with the respective LKW 1 and LKW 3 basic nets. The nets can be extended using spring hooks that are attached to the triangles on the basic net. The black longitudinal belts serve as guides. As a result, the net area can be easily increased by about 50% or 100%.

Reliable net for packaged goods
PaXafe separation nets prevent the shifting of cargo without squeezing the cartons or damaging their sides by strongly lashing them down. The net is anchored with the end fittings in the rails and is tightened with tensioning elements. It covers the entire range of individual truck bodies. All PaXafe separation nets are custom-made. LaWi long edge protectors
The SpanSet long edge protectors comes in two versions with different lengths. Especially robust and stable due to an internal honeycomb structure and made of PE (polyethylene), the long edge protector is very torsionally rigid. It is also suitable for sensitive cargoes such as roof tiles, planed wooden beams, palletized drums, etc. The inner groove in the edge bumper protects the edge of the cargo, while the large degree of edge rounding protects the webbing and increases the prestressing force by transferring the force better.

The reusable antisslip mat
SpanSet Grip
When securing loads using traction, the rule is: the higher the friction between the cargo and the cargo surface, the fewer lashings you need. Economical securing by lashing down is usually not possible without the use of antislip mats. Therefore, we have developed SpanSet Grip, an antislip mat that makes it possible to increase the decisive friction coefficient μ up to 1.0 for various friction combinations. These values have been tested and certified.
The thin, lightweight antislip mat is very durable, easy to clean and has a high degree of sturdiness, even when it is put into application over long periods and used several times. SpanSet Grip thus proves itself to be an ideal supplement for load control
Accessories
The knotted PaXafe covering net is made of water-repellent polyethylene, ensuring quick load securing. It is certified by DEKRA and has a permanently sewn-in label. The sturdy covering net is available in different sizes and has a knot strength of 74.25 daN and a static mesh breaking strength of 200 daN. You can use it in your station wagon, trailer, flatbed truck or container; with the knotted PaXafe net, you can drive safely. It can be easily combined with load control nets and is thus a useful addition to the PaXafe net kits.
